Finally found a product that works!
I have had a chronic allergy cough for over 15 years. My doctor has prescribed meds, plus I've taken various over-the-counter pills and nasal sprays. A few months ago my doctor asked me to try Aller-Aid. I've been taking it ever since and I hardly ever cough any more. My friends with allergies say this has been a terrible year for allergies, yet for me, it's been the best year I've had in years!

Seasonal Relief with a Clean, Targeted Formula
I picked up Aller‑Aid L92 hoping for something gentler than the usual antihistamine approach, and this formula is an option to try. The standout here is the Lactobacillus acidophilus L‑92 strain, which has some interesting research behind it for immune balance. Paired with Indian frankincense and boswellic acids, it feels like a thoughtful combination rather than a random blend. What I appreciate most is how clean and simple the formula is—no unnecessary fillers, vegetarian capsules, and easy on the stomach. After taking it consistently, I noticed a calmer response to my usual seasonal triggers. It’s not a dramatic overnight change, but more of a steady, balanced improvement. While not cheap, there is good value if this works well for your symptoms.

I like this Company
I like this brand I believe they are connected to the Nutricology brand I use to take. I thought I would give this a try and see how it would affect my gut health. I so far have had no issues but I also don't know if it is helping or not. It's just so hard to tell with supplements if they are actually working or not. I do feel pretty much the same but maybe it is performing some task in my stomach that is helping and I am just unaware :-) Will come back and report if there are any side effects, but so far none.

Placebo
Did nothing for me..... at $40 a jar. But when you're suffering you'll try anything.

Actually Helping So Far
I deal with seasonal allergies every year and usually end up with sinus headaches and that annoying pollen misery, so I figured this was worth trying. I’ve been taking it for a couple weeks now and honestly I think it’s effective -- my sinuses haven’t been acting up as much and the pollen seems a little less brutal this year. Could be coincidence, but I’ll take it. I like the combo of boswellia and probiotics. Feels a little different from the usual allergy stuff. I haven't noticed any side effects either. I only take one a day even though the directions say two, so this bottle should last me a while, which makes it a good value. Between this and my apple cider vinegar habit, allergy season has been more manageable than usual.
