Has anyone mounted this to a table lift?

Yes, it works perfectly. It has to hang over the end 6 or so inches depending on which bikes you want to have it accommodate.

narrow front tire! Is there an adapter for narrow tire?

I have a narrow front tire on my Harley and this works fine. In fact it works better than fine very sturdy heavy durable I use it in my garage and I also use it in my toy hauler

I have a 2015 Ultra Classic Low, will this lift hold my bike up straight for checking fluids?

I am buying this for my 2015 Ultra Classic Limited. The one I had previously held my 2007 Ultra Classic just fine.

Is your Dimensions correct ? it show 36.7 x 11.4 x 5.9 which means the 11.4 is the height/tall but my order came in at 15 inches tall, will not fit !!

Mine measures the same as yours.....15"... Not sure what you mean... "will not fit" . My chock "fits" just fine and works great. Sorry for your problem. Rich B.
