Kirkland vs Pureology
I’ve been using Pureology for years and love everything about it, except the price. Someone told me about the Kirkland brand that is supposed to be a perfect knockoff so I thought I’d give it a try for only a fraction of the price. I have very thick, long hair so a good shampoo and condition is a must. I usually alternate between Pureology Hydrate and Moroccan Oil. First impression, this does NOT smell like Pureology, it definitely has more of a floral scent. Some people might prefer that over the Pureology smell, I actually loved the tea tree scent the Pureology has. First wash and my hair did feel moisturized, but I have to use a shampoo and conditioner several times before I can really tell how it will affect my hair. It’s been about a month now and I can honestly say I’m impressed. My hair feels great and I will definitely buy this again. The only downside (for me) is the floral smell, but that’s not a deal breaker and the cost difference more than makes up for it.
