Can this cutter make very exact cuts where you mark? Is it easy to line up?

yes it can.The cutter has a light on it plus there is an open slot on the top so you can see the exact place where you want to cut the pipe.For exact cuts I would mark the pipe.

What are the extra storage holes in the molded case for?

Some are for additional batteries, cutting wheels

how cut 3/8 copper? it need different size of cutter wheel

It’s only made to cut half through one inch

Will this cut 1" cpvc?

I would not recommend it! T cutter wheel is designed to cut metal tubing (copper, non-ferrous metal). Chances are the cut will not be clean and require re-cutting by other means. For pvc or cpvc use a pex cutter or a Milwaukee battery operated shear.
