Thui is a well-made product. It works with one of my camera tripods. I found 2 issues.The screw-in socket on the base of the device did not fully lock down onto one of my tripods, and wobbled about. This tripod with every camera I have used.The holder does work with the later tripod I bought.As the holder is just a single vertical bar you have to be careful and make sure that it is perfectly aligned with the centre of the tablet or it will tip. Not a surprise, based on the design, just FYI.

Brilliant iPad holder, multifunctional, tonnes of sections you can attach things with tripod head and most importantly - secure! You use the large dial on the back to tighten the clamp, then the little dial on top to fine adjust and get an even tighter mount. Absolutely brilliant value for money.

As soon as Lockdown started in March 2020 and I began to “Zoom” more I started to look for an iPad holder to fit my full size camera tripod. Despite much searching and review reading it is just recently that I’ve found this product and use it with confidence.The bare iPad fits the sliding locking mechanism really well without falling out but you do have be careful when inserting and removing as it’s possible for the tablet to slip. The one area of disappointment is that I have to remove the iPad cover as the fitting is not secure at all if left on.Otherwise I am very pleased with the product.

Sturdy mount and unlikely to break as my previous plastic ones have done, my one are of concern is that it the iPad needs to be taken out of the protected case in order to attach to the mount, if the mounting head grips were slightly larger then it would be able grip around the case and give me more sense of security if it ever fell off the tripod.

Can't use it for intended purpose but is too good to return.

Professional feel - well worth the little bit extra cost over plastic alternatives.

Good secure unit, versatile, only real fault is arca type base being off centred for other types of tridod and the screw hole being cast in the alloy could become Cross threaded if you were to give it heavy handed use

I went through 6 different types of tripod mounts before I settled on this one. This was by far the best. It’s Very sturdy. Works with my iPhone pro max and iPad. It Can be used in lots of different positions too.
