Received the item in good condition and all items included. Warmer and wax works very well.

Great Wax warmer
The wax pot is great and easy to use. Love the silicone insert because it is so easy to change up the wax. The wax beads were hit or miss for me. The pink one and white waxes worked super well, but the blue wax for bikini did not seem as effective as I had hoped, it was super sticky and took forever to dry out, then didn't pull cleanly.

It does work but you do have to have a tolerance for pain .This my first time waxing. This ainโt for the weak Iโm glade I did it myself instead of going to a wax salon.

Perfect and easy to use! Bought to save money from going to the salon to get my eyebrows done. Love being able to do it at home, I feel like my brows stay "fresh" and free from hair growth longer using the wax beads that came with. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to do their waxing at home!
