Took 30 minutes to swap out with the bad alternator. Works great.

Easy bolt on installation. Worth the small difference for new AC Delco vs no-name remanufactured.

So far so good, got my truck back up and running. I did not have any issues with this unit, it fit my 96 dodge ram 1500 5.2L V8 (318) perfectly. (7 groove pulleys)

Has this alt. installed in my 96 ram since August of 2023 and it's still charging at around 14v like it should.

Expected a simple alternator swap job, as my old alternator bearing was going out, and this turned into an entire day and a half trying to find where the electrical fault that blew up the alternator positive wire fuzible link. Hard to install this alternator wrong, there is only one way to do it. As soon as all connections and bolts were checked I reconnected the battery. Sparks and fire, and burned up the fuzible link wire (thank God for that failsafe) after hours of checking grounds and connections with a voltimeter I reconnected the old alternator with the bad bearing and there was no issue. Retried the new alternator, same electical issue. This was a defective product that almost burnt my truck down. The packaging was horrible and insuffcient to to protect the product during shipping as the product was just rolling around in a big empty box. This product cost me even more money in time, fuel, extra parts and damage to my vehicle as well as nearly cost me my truck due to a fire. Avoid at all costs.

Easy install on a Dodge Dakota. Hopefully new is better than a remanufactured .

Very happy with the quality of the alternator and shipper was very quick. Only a month running, but so far no issues. Keeping battery charged, so doing its job.

Es chino, ni el anuncio ni el artículo dicen nada de la garantía. No lo he instalado pero lo compré por ser nuevo para no comprar un reconstruido. Tengo mis dudas... Cuando lo instale actualizaré mi comentario
