This is AWESOME it really works. To keep getting cream stick a safety pin in the hole to clean it out. It really works. I’m buying some more THANKS 💋💋

AFTER USING THIS PRODUCT 3-TIMES - WITH VERY SMALL AMOUNTS IT STOPPED WORKING - I TRIED TO RETURN IT BUT COULD NOT - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Great product, great value. Last long, easy application, non irritating to the skin. Very versatile. Best eye tightening product I've tried

This product itself works wonderfully. My issue is with the in container product delivery system. I only recently started using this product as I had to use the last of my previous IAEC purchase. There is an issue with the pump. I used it twice and then could not get any product from the pump. I have attempted to find the missing part among the eye cream in the bottle. Surprise!!!! There is no straw drowned among the eye cream!!!! So that's my venting on this product. I could easily have given 5 stars. Cream works so great I don't even recognize myself in the mirror after application!! 💯🔥

My usual eye cream has not been available. Totally bummed. I’ve spent the better part of the last three weeks purchasing various instant eye tightening creams, most which don’t work. This one does, but there’s a couple of issues. Make sure you buy a makeup finishing spray that has a dewey finish so that the flat matte of the eye cream is bolstered by the finishing spray. Will make it look more natural. And, I had the same issue with the pump not working. Was pushing down firmly, and didn’t notice that all of the product was squishing out the side. Design flaw because what’s happening is the product is getting dry inside the nozzle, blocking it, and the pressure in pumping it forces the product out where it shouldn’t be going. I used a needle to worm around inside the nozzle, ran hot water over it as well, reused the needle, and it works now, but that’s a pain to have to do daily.

I have used this product for years. Then something changed - it started to leave a chalky/crusty residue round my eyes. I thought I had a bad bottle and the seller sent me another, but that did the same. It is impossible to use and be in public. The effort to remove the residue was damaging the skin round my eyes. It's a shame because it was good and now is terrible.

Happy

This is my 2nd order cause this product works well. I’m so glad that there is no white residue like other products have. I am satisfied with it.

This product does not meet my expectations. It is not as effective as a previously bought ( many times) Instantly Ageless Cream, in small tubes. I hope this latter product will come back onto the Amazon market
