Can it be used for adults?

Yeah but you gotta change out the wrist straps because they're too small. I replaced mine with a nylon watch strap with velcro.

How to replace batteries since unable to take out?

There should be a compartment under the wrist strap. I've noticed that's usually where they put the batteries.

I bought this for Cmas and i thought the key thingy was suppose to shoot out? Is ot not?

No it's not supposed to shoot out the key is supposed to just slip into the key slot on the morpher and make different sounds and phrases what do you think it was supposed to do?
