How many watts does it draw?

The manufacturer says it takes 4 A of current to run this device---okay, so draw this current over 120 V of potential difference (the RMS average for N. American line power), and it checks out at 4*120 = 480 W of power drawn. To run the device continuously for 24h per day, you'd use 480*24 = 11.52 kWh of energy each day (note that the other provided answer of "10kW per day" makes no sense, not because 10 is different from 11.52 (that would be forgivable) but because kWh are a measure of energy and kW are a measure of power---completely different units). Anyway, 11.52 kWh per day works out to an energy use of approximately 30*11.52 = 346 kWh each month---so at my local residential service rate of $0.1765 per kWh , I'd be paying the power company around 0.1765*346 = $61 per month to run this device continuously. That's $731 per year...

I don't know how the company can claim on its photos that this device is "energy efficient"---it lacks EnergyStar certification, or any similar such certification from any bona fide agency, and it costs more than $700 per year to run this thing in North America...

How much heat does the unit put out?

The "manufacturer" answer makes absolutely no sense. Degrees is not heat, and the number of degrees it might raise the temperature of a room depends on the size of the room, the humidity in the room, the time the devices runs, the airflow in the room... etc.  In short, someone else estimated the power consumption of the unit at 480 watts. I can't swear to that, I did not do the math, but if that is correct you can use that number to determine the energy added to the system in a given period of time. If you want to just get a rough idea, then imagine the heat put out by four 100watt conventional light bulbs (some of that power is actually going to remove the water from the air)... or picture a hair-dryer set on very low (1/3 power).  A fair bit of heat.

Can it run CO all the time ?

If you mean continuously-  you can leave it plugged in and set at a humidity level of your desire and the unit will turn on and run as it needs to in order to keep the moisture at the level it is set at. So in times of high humidity it will run longer versus dry times of the year.

Question 4

Does it automatically stop when water is full so i can take it out and drain it outside?

There is a hose  attached and it drains continuously. All you need to do is to place the house in the drain.
