Does this need to be given with food?

We give ours in the morning before they eat their food, so no I dont think so.

Are these third party tested?

You would have to contact the company to get that information. But I can tell you that have helped my goldendoodle who is 14 years old and both my dogs enjoy eating, which isn't always true of supplements.

Does this have calcium in it?

No this dont have calcium . But it has Vitamin C in it and Collagen This is good stuff my 10 yr old German Shepard couldn't even get up 3 small stairs and now taking this he jumps and plays like he is a young dog. and his skin is so soft. and i give him the Pet MD Salmon Omega Bites for skin and coat and his hair is so soft and silkie. I highly recommend these products i have them on auto ship every 2 weeks .I give this to my 3 dogs.

Not sure but it did it absolutely nothing for my dog. Save your money.
