This thing is great. Its much smaller than I thought it would be which i'm glad of because I only intended to use it for jewelry and small things. It takes up very little space and its so easy to store away when not in use. It cleaned all my gem and diamond rings and earrings getting out so much crud from the settings. I followed suggestions from other reviewers, only using a cap full in warm water that just covered the jewelry. I used a polish cloth after and everything sparkled like it was brand new.This machine doesn't remove tarnish, its not meant to remove it, its meant to agitate the goop and guck out of gem settings or rings that have stuff stuck in the small details. If you want to remove tarnish buy something else or use your polishing cloth after washing it in this.

This cleaned my jewelry very well. However, the buttons broke off during the first use. They were stuck on w a sticker - which was inevitably going to get wet. I just threw the plastic buttons away and will push the on/off switch w a pen.

I cannot complain much about this. I spend less than $25 and it was shipped to me in no time. I have a great big Invicata watch that needed it's links cleaned badly. Luckily my watch band is easy to remove. I opted to leave the watch part out of the cleaner. From what I read in the instructions it looks like you should only clean non mechanical items. I was careful with the cleaner at first and did not use a lot. Other reviewers said if you used too much it left an oily like feel on the jewelry. I think 1 to 2 cap-fulls is good for one watch band. My band was too big to put anything else in with it other than my band screws which also needed cleaning. I ran it the first time and WOW was there a lot of gunk coming off of it. I put a little but more cleaner and ran it a second time and it looked pretty much ready to go. I ran it one last time for the hell of it and when I took it out rinsed it off and dried it, it looked brand new again! I had a bunch of silver bracelets and neckalaces that also needed cleaning and it took a few goes to do so. But these things were BLACK from all the grime in them. I had them in the back of my dresser for years. I used more cleaner and that seemed to help. I did have to empty out the water once as after the second cleaning it was very dark. The jewelry looks great now and good as new. The machine is small which is a positive and negative. Positive for me as I do not have much storage space left for it. Negative in terms of not being able to put too much in it when I have a large piece in it like my watch band. Overall this cleaner is great. For the price I can't expect more. I rated if 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish there was a timer setting I could choose. The default and only timer is 3 minutes. I wish I could pick 5 or 6 mins. This may be to keep the machine from over working by having it shut down every 3 minutes than go on for longer periods. If you are looking for a good and inexpensive cleaner I say this is for you.

this product stopped working in less than 3 months and the company that sold Super Deal, will not exchange. Don't waste your money on this product or this company. Super Deal should stand by its products for at least 90 days!

It doesn't work as when you switch it on nothing happens but have not sent it back as I have to pay for it to go back to the United States.

This is a great inexpensive option for keeping your jewelry clean. I use it on my rings about once a week or once every other. It makes a huge difference. The first time I used it, I had to run it a few times to get them clean, but now one cycle is enough. I used it on my glasses once too, just because. The instructions say you can wash your fingers in it... I hope it's a poor translation for rings.

You have no idea how nasty your jewelry and watches are until you use one of these!Despite what the instructions say, I wouldn't recommend utilizing the unit to clean your waterproof watch cases. The included holder will allow you to clean the bracelet without the danger of the ultrasonic waves forcing fluid into the watch case.Works great with our eyeglasses, also.Quite, compact and appears to be well made.Can't believe I waited so long to buy one of these! Cleaning with it is addictive!

It cleans my rings after two times. Not what I spected. What I liked it was the small size and quite cleaner!!!
