The pods are designed to be used with the Gatorade GX bottles. Fill the bottle to the FILL line/box with water. Then you push the pod down (orange side down) on the inner lid of the bottle and it will pour out into the bottle mixing with the water.

Q: How is this better than just pouring Gatorade into a bottle?

It’s the convenience for me. It’s just as tasty as bottled, far better than powdered Gatorade just in a small compact pod. Add water, pop a pod, and boom…instant Gatorade. No need to shake.

Q: Are the pods reusable?

unfortunately no, once the seal is broken and the liquid concentrate is drained it's of no further use.
