I liked the craftsmanship of the shave down, the color, feel and weight of this piece of jewelry 168grams (along with its bracelet companion). It did begin to slightly tarnish after about 6 months due to it being exposed to too much moisture. So I’ve learned to be gentle with the plating and Follow the proper jewelry care instructions.So I sent it back because they offer a life time restoration and replacements on our purchases when we register them on the website. It takes less than a minute to do. I printed the return form off the site. Mailed them back the pieces via USPS. (Cost $5.84) Days later I contacted customer service to see if they received it. They did along with my Amazon order # They sent me back a fully restored necklace and bracelet so I can continue enjoying it. There’s no other brand offering the quality and customer service of LTJ. They’re restoring, high quality plated pieces and sending them back for continued use Free. (When you register) I guess that why its called LIFETIME JEWELRY. 👍🏾 If We take our cars for routine upkeep. So they offer routine upkeep for our jewelry. So don’t worry about any minor or major discoloration. Take advantage of the benefits of being a registered customer. It would cost $20 max yearly upkeep depending on how you take care of it. I have sent this product by mistake to be fixed and have not had it sent back to me. I have been unable to get assistance or help with my concerns and am a very frustrated customer. The product itself is great, but the communication has been very poor from lifetime jewelry. I hope no other customers have to go through all the work and hassle that I have had to in order to get there product back they bought and paid for, thanks. I do want to mention though that the quality of the product has been great. It has not broken yet and seems to be made well.
