I can't really say anything that I dislike. I did notice that the shampoo and conditioner both help with different things so it's ideal to get them together. I thought I'd recommend the conditioner because I love how it feels and it feels like it really helps. But then I saw that the shampoo says it prevents issues from happening again etc. My hair does feel more manageable. I saw someone on here said they left the oil on overnight and couldn't get it out. So I put it in for like an hour and massaged it into my scalp with my fingers. Then I used both of these. I was afraid maybe the oil wouldn't come out still so I shampooed a second time with my normal shampoo. I won't do thay next time because I want to see how it ends up. The conditioner feels like there's a lot of product when you use it. It feels so slightly minty which I like. It feels amazing in my opinion when you put it in. 😌 To the touch, right after my shower my hair was as soft as it could've been due to these and especially because of the oil (I could tell it was from the oil). It felt INCREDIBLE. I didn't see any buildup right after putting the oil in. I do see some today after doing this process last night. However, I feel this has helped soothe my scalp (no itchiness, feeling hot) and I'll keep doing this process. I have bleached hair. It's currently been very very dry. I do feel this set is helping a lot not just with manageability of my hair overall but with my scalp. I love it. UPDATE: I've used this 4 times now.. I'm never afraid that I'll dry out my hair by washing too much when I use this. It makes my hair shiny, soft, more manageable, less tangly, more sleek. I have the worse dandruff of anyone I've ever seen from psoriasis. I use this for both dandruff and overall hair health but mostly for overall hair health just because it works so awesome. I won't use anything else.. I have the most thick hair. It doesn't leave residue. Just leaves it clean and sleek. ✨️ The more I use it the better my hair health is. It's worth a try!

I was satisfied of the results the more reason I stop original T-Gel shampoo it’s not worthy of the price you’re paying it’s absolutely over price with no good results and not effective I’m glad I switched to it is worthy and very effective I would recommend it to anyone even how sensitive is your scalp with Psoriasis Dermatitis I wish I’ve discover it early but I’m in it that’s all the rest to

It helps keep my scalp less irritating. Winters are the worst so this is the only thing helps keeping it less red and itchy.

Did not work well for me maybe okay for some people didn't seem to have much effect on my scalp

It's not the best smelling stuff, nor is the conditioner really that great, but it does clean and the conditioner does get tangles out of my hair. Not at first, but now I use both shampoo and conditioner with my regular shampoo and conditioner. My hair is long and light color, not colored. Hair is somewhat thin. Scalp can itch all day 24/7 (actually head to toes) we have GenX in our well water thanks to a chemical company. Anyway, after about three days of uses, 1st time use just the products offered, second time added my conditioner over the top of dermasolve conditioner, third time repeated day two, and continued to do the same for first week or so. Then I could back off and use dermasolve off and on in the week with my shampoo and conditioner. Always, applying the dermasolve first. It helps to stop itchy scalp, but not a cure, at least not in my case. I do recommend for anyone who wants to have a helper for a cleaner scalp and yes it does make ones hair feel softer. Just experiment with no combination and with combination of your regular shampoo and conditioner. And No it doesn't lather like most shampoos, but does get your hair and scalp clean. One thing I didn't like about it ~ it seems to make one's strains of hair seem thinner, but not a big deal when you get to the point of alternating back to ones regular shampoo and conditioner.

Only used 1/4 of the bottle. Dont work for me at all. Really dried my scalp out. Had to stop using.

I have had scalp psoriasis for about a year now. It started small and slowly spread. I used fractionated coconut oil until just recently. It helped but i needed something stronger. The itching and huge scabs were driving me crazy. I used the shampoo and conditioner for a few days before my scalp oil arrived. Those two alone helped the itching for about half the day. When I started the scalp oil at night, I noticed the biggest change. Immediate relief. The big scabs are almost gone and the itching has eased greatly. I'm going to add the lotion to see if that improves things even more. I use jojoba oil during the day. I use the scalp oil at night. Their website says to alternate with the scalp oil and lotion at night. Hoping the combo kicks it down even further. I think diet and stress are my root cause, but this makes it bearable while I work on that.

It works like magic on my super flaky scalp on the very first use! It removes the flakes and hydrates my scalp. My hair looks healthy and less oily.
