Ships by USPS without moment-to-moment tracking, but post worker asked for signature, and the item was packed well (even shrink-wrapped). I couldn't find an exact match of my t902 (i5-3320M is slightly older generation), but at least the model is the same so it's easier to transfer harddrive over without needing to clone it. Everything I need working seems to be working (haven't tested HDMI port, but don't need it at the moment). As a refurbished unit in "excellent" condition, the item matches description.

I was really excited when I got this laptop and I liked dealing with the seller "Avenue Computers", they were very nice to deal with and cut me a discount on this refurbished Fujitsu laptop. I have had nothing but trouble with it since it arrived. I can't blame this all on the refurbisher because I think they just didn't have time to test the laptop extensively enough to find the drive was problematic. I give 5 stars for how nice the seller was to deal with but I give the hardware issue a negative 2 stars, resulting in the 3 star sum. I would buy from this seller again but I will be returning or exchanging this particular laptop.

Easyvto learn and operate. Fujitsi is a great brand. Nice size and thickness, love swivel screen. Brilliant screen and good sounding system. Lots of bells and whistles for the money.
