No. It’s very creamy but if I don’t use my toner or a cream after my skin is very tight.

Q: Is this also a face wash, or should I use a face wash after using this to remove makeup?

This is not a face wash. This will remove your makeup, but you may want to follow up with a face wash to get rid of the residue. I like this product. It's a little thicker than some cleansing balms. It is great at removing makeup on it's own.

Q: Has anyone had any acne issues after using this product?

No, I did not experience acne after using this product, and I am VERY acne prone. I didn't really like this product for makeup removal either. I finished it, but will not repurchase.
