Hreat quality . Theyre a little big but easy to swallow. My joints have make a drastic change more flexible less pain. The dont make my stomach upset but homestly i take them after i eat . But no pain in my joints and for me thats a plus

I can’t imagine not taking this daily. This turmeric curcumin has become a staple in my routine. It’s one of nature’s best supports for inflammation and joint discomfort, and the addition of black pepper makes a noticeable difference. High quality and easy to take. A product I consistently repurchase and highly recommend.

I over the last few months have had inflammation in my right leg and left shoulder….these arrived yesterday and I took the first dose (3 capsules) and within a few hours the pain was 90% gone! And as I write this the morning after, I’d say about 98% gone…after only one dose! Obviously I recommend it. It’s a natural pain reliever.

Best product in it class

I have been using this brand for several years, but the most recent purchase came with many capsules cracked and the bottle full of turmeric powder, staining my fingers and everything I touched including white sweat pants and white kitchen cabinets before I realized what a mess it all was. The powder is like a dye and doesn't come out in the wash or with scrubbing the cabinets. If they have a new manufacturer, they should check on quality control because something is not right.
