I am disappointed to inform you that the amplifier, which I purchased from your store, is not working as expected despite following all the provided instructions. we already return the item and we would liek the refund for the item and the refund for the courier fee we paid when we sent back the item since on the return no other options but to schedule the pick-up from our office, and as per amazon advise you will return the fees. So return all the fees or else we will file a formal complaint to your company.

I like the ability of this device and what it capable to do , but i have problem with the sound volume when i connect the microphone (SHURE) it doesnt work properly
