Charge HR Wireless Activity Wristband, Large

Great price and arrived on time for Mother's Day. Ordered from a different seller initially but the Fitbit wouldn't charge. Second one seems to work great for my mother-in-law to help with her workouts. Make sure to look at different color options bc the same model in blue was almost 3 times the price of the teal option (and about $100 more than the average price) we ordered to match her phone case.

I've only had this FitBit since May 10th; 2018 and it no longer works. When it did work, the battery life was not great and additionally, the band is already warping and tearing. I am not impressed with the product. While yes it is a deal, I'd suggest spending a little more to get a better quality. It has stopped working/syncing 1-2 times since purchase. I do not wear it near or in water and take good care of it. I wish I hadn't purchased this fitbit and don't recommend it to people .

I've tried 2 off-brand trackers before and wasn't impressed, finally decided to spring for a more expensive one and I'm so glad I did! This is one of the cheaper options of Fitbit and it works perfectly for what I needed. The very first day I've improved eating and exercising just by tracking. The stats seem to be accurate, the band is secure, and is well designed and made. I got the large size as the small was sold out, and I think it'll be the better option as it fit the tiniest wrist I've ever seen, my medium sized wrist, and looks like it would fit huge wrists too. I accidentally took it into the pool with me today for about 2 minutes and it's working fine! It's not waterproof so I don't recommend intentionally trying that, but it's nice to know if you're absent minded like me. There is a waterproof version if you feel you need that feature.There are lots of customizable features, such as turning your wrist to display the time, how often it gets synched, and whether you want notifications. Not to mention, I had no idea how helpful the app would be! I like it better than my fitness pal and several others I've tried. You get a whole community of people with similar interests, achievable goals, and details of your stats. I wish there was a physical copy of instructions on startup and things you can do (one is available on app and online). I've also noticed that the app will tell you it's fully charged when it's not, so check the fitbit itself, because I thought the battery was terrible, but I just wasn't charging it enough. In short, love it! Definitely one of the best investments into my health I've ever made.

I have had this Fitbit for over 2 years. It tracks my steps accurately. It tracks sleep accurately as well. Tracks my heart rate well most of the time. The only activity it tracks is if I do a form of exercise over 10 minutes and my heartrate is somewhere in the 100’s. This is disappointing. It sometimes Tracks the calls I get if I’m really close to my iPhone. In the beginning it would track texts, but almost two years later it does not. The band has lasted this whole time. I honestly would buy this Fitbit again for myself. It has worked great for what I need it for. It takes a bit for the Fitbit to sync to my iPhone. It won’t sync completely unless I’m connected to WiFi. Overall, I’m a happy customer.

Completely broke after a year the band around the display peeled off and it became pretty much unusable

I like that I can see my phone calls on it, my old one did not have this feature. I do not like that it does not hold a charge very long. The instructions say 4-5 days on a charge, but this one only lasts barely 2 days.

I was happy with this tracker in the beginning. It seemed accurate and I liked the features. However, I have only had the tracker for two months and I am having problems. My battery suddenly went from staying charged for 5 days down to 9 hours! I have contacted Fitbit support but the suggestions they have given me to fix the problem are not able to be done because the app for my phone has said that Fitbit.com is down for maintenance. So, now I'm waiting on more instructions from customer support. When I looked up solutions online, it seems like my tracker is having problems that are quite common for Fitbit. UPDATE: After live chatting and trying different solutions for at least 2 hours with two different representatives (who were very nice), Fitbit decided I was eligible for a replacement or 50% discount on a newer model. They couldn't give me one in my original color, but I will be getting a replacement nonetheless. Hopefully I do not experience the same issues.

There are a lot of effects, I have bought 6 of them so far for my family and three of them just last three months, when I want to Return, They referred me to Amazon and told me they just warranty the products purchased from Fitbit.com. It does not worth my time to spend for such a BBADD Product, I bought an apple watch for my wife, Excellent product, more expensive, but excellent quality and consumer support.n

It’s a good product.Ive been using for almost 3 years from February 2016. While the central part is working well unfortunately the strap has almost given way and the loop has also fallen off.Since the warranty is only for one year Fitbit will not replace it and they don’t have a repair facility for this product. This is unfortunate because the machine is actually working fine.

My fitbit isn't getting charged and is dead. It's just not getting charged with any USB, laptop or power outlet. Please refund or replace it!

Los primeros meses funcionó muy bien. Sin embargo antes del año de uso, dejó de funcionar. Contacté al Centro de atención de Fitbit, y la atención es deficiente, lenta y sin soluciones concretas. Es una lástima que un dispositivo tan caro no tengan soporte apropiado. No lo compren!!!
