BALENZIA Cotton Johnny Bravo Men/Women Low Cut Socks (Black)- Pack Of 3 (Large), Assorted

I bought this item thinking that it’s a women size but received a men size and the size mentioned is just large there’s no measurement mentioned . Though I know it’s a non-returnable item I contacted the customer care if something could be done as the socks I received were stapled together so there’s no way I could ve worn it without removing it. The Customer Care Executive with whom I spoke with keep on dragging it saying that it’s not amazon fault that I have received a bigger size and that the socks could’ve been worn by anyone so it’s a non-returnable item. He just drag on with his gibberish,clearly need better training in customer handling. So not happy with the product and definitely not happy with the customer care service.
