Does the vtech cm18445 support music on hold and if so what is the music source?

You can choose what callers hear when being placed on hold.If you want callers on hold to hear one of the three default music that comes with the telephone, select the desired music (M.O.H. 1 - M.O.H. 3) in the M.O.H. source menu.If you want callers on hold to hear audio or music from an audio source that you recorded in the console using the audio cable, select Recorded M.O.H. in the M.O.H. source menu.If you want callers to hear audio directly streamed into the telephone, connect an audio source, such as a computer, mobile phone or MP3 player, to the console using the audio cable.

How do you turn off voicemail & Auto attendant?

Brian - Press MENU/SELECT. Press Arrow UP or Down until you see Line Mode, then press MENU/SELECT. Scroll up or down to select the desired line or All Lines, then press MENU/SELECT. Scroll up or down to select No Answer, then press MENU/SELECT to confirm.

Does this phone just need a dial tone to operate? will it work with time warner cable service?

It needs to have dial tone to make outside calls, but I believe it will work handset-to-handset without phone lines connected. Yes, we have it working on two customers using Time Warner. As long as the carrier provides "POTS" or analog phone line for you to connect to, it should work with any carrier.

Will a one-to-group paging call be auto-answered? I want to be able to page all extensions without having to wait for them to pick up.
