Best back pain relief iv tried
I had a boss that gave me one of these patches to try for back pain and now they are my absolute go to. Better than icy hot, biofreeze, or anything else iv ever tried. Works great for muscle pain and cramps
I have been using these for over 10 years. I used to have to drive 35miles to get them. Now I can just sit back n have them shipped from Amazon ! (and I don’t use any gas LOL) they really work great. I sometimes cut them in half. WARNING:: they stick REALLY well. If you wet them they come off a little easier. Try to rotate where you put them. Don’t always put in the exact same spot. They can stay on for 8 hours.

Great purchase
They won’t let me speak my truth, but I love these patches, and they definitely help with my pain. I wrote a bunch of stuff in my first review that they wouldn’t post. But I think these things are phenomenal.

Ouch!
Be aware that these hurt when you take them off. This is good, because it means they really stick. But ouch! They helped relieve pain somewhat.

They WORK! Even stay on through a shower!
Been using these patches for a long time now. They work exceptionally well at reliving localized pain in joints. I also like that once on, they will withstand several showers without falling off. Good buy all around.

Not very effective
The price is cheap, but the effect wasn’t very good. Hurt my shoulder when lifting in the gym, applied this patch for 3 days. Still not feeling all recovered. Then turned down the rest of the pack and did not use again…

Best pain relief patches
I used to have to drive to San Francisco Chinatown to get these patches until a friend told me that they were sold on Amazon. They work very well and smell even better.
