Q: For anyone who has used this before, does it feel like fabric or does it feel like paper?

I love this stuf!!! It is more of a fabric feel and is adhesive, it is softer feeling once the paper backing is removed. I use it to hold stretchy fabric together for hemming. Since I use it for doll clothes, I don't even wash it out. You can tell it's there from the tough, but it looks fine and gives the fabric body. Hope that answers your question.

Q: Can you print designs on this paper using a laser printer?

This is a product with adhesive on both sides of it once you peel off the paper, sort of like a double stick tape. Once you wash it the product dissolves and washes away. This is not suitable for what you want to do.

Q: Does this leave the needle sticky?

It did not gum up my needle. I also tried another brand, and it definitely gummed it up. I'm going back to Pellon--it also washes away much more easily.

Q: Is this Printable via ink jet?

Yes, I printed on my ink jet printer.
