Doesn't make sense!** A: You should get the large it’s a better fit and easy to remove **Q: are they good for a fear of bedwetting what size do i need i have autism and 180 pounds 34 inch waist ......?** A: I’d suggest you pick a different brand. These are not true to what size they claim at all. They’re very small, I remember when I first got them I was so upset. Find a brand that seems to give more accurate sizing!! **Q: What does fsa or hsa eligible mean?** A: FSA= flexible spending account. HSA= health savings account. **Q: cloth or plastic back?** A: Was using them for my mother and it's been a while but I'd say some sort of plastic made to feel a bit more like cloth. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by J***S on 9 December 2024* good quality ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by S***A on 16 May 2020* Acheté pour ma mère de 97 ans qui pèse à peine 75 lbs.
