I bought this watch for my boyfriend for casual wear. It was packaged nicely and working on arrival. The only downside was that it was quite snug on my boyfriend's gigantic wrist. I wrote to the seller requesting a few more links and they sent us a bunch within just a few days of me writing to them. Now the watch fits him perfectly and he loves it.The hands are sometimes a little hard to read in low light conditions, it would have really benefitted from a backlight. It does definitely take some time and effort to get the watch links apart and back together if you need to adjust it. We followed the advice of another reviewer and gently tapped on the pins to get them out and back together more easily.All in all, it's a beautiful watch for the price if you don't mind doing a little tinkering to adjust it.

I bought the ebony wood for casual outings. The wood looks great, the face is large and readable. A bit larger than I like but hey.. I've only worn it out a few times and have already gotten several comments and questions about it. It does feel light compared to other watches of the same size, so much so that I'm scared to break it. I feel it will eventually break as all things do with time but I think it will be a ways out so long as I'm not rough housing or something silly. I had to remove 3 links to get a good fit, and didn't have any issues like other reviewers had with links cracking or otherwise breaking. The pins are tricky and a little tough to work with, but I managed with the little tool provided with the watch. My only complaint about this watch is that it's a little larger than I like, but I still love it!

Beautiful looking watch, I bought one in the ebony wood, and was extremely impressed by the look and feel of this watch, especially for the very inexpensive price. I sort of questioned the durability and longevity of this watch, since it was made of wood, but the reviews mostly seemed good, so I went for it. Unfortunately for me this watch only lasted a day on my wrist before it broke right where the band attaches to the watch itself. I also noticed little cracks where 2 of the 4 screws were, that attach the back plate to the watch housing. I'm in the process of sending this back and I may purchase another, and hope for better luck, as there are so many variables when it come to wood (grain direction, density, etc)Update - I'm adding a couple stars because the seller stood behind their product and sent me another watch, very quickly and hassle free. The next watch was just as nice looking as the first and hoping it will last a lot longer than a day.

Like the looks of it on the picture and was very enthused to purchase for my "dress-up-look" :-)To my great surprise the real thing looks a lot better then the picture! Feels very good on my wrist and extremely light weight!I had to take 2 links out for me, and unlike some ppl, did not have any trouble doing it (and without taking the bracelet completely off the watch). Nothing broken and time/date adjusted just fine.At this point I can tell that I absolutely love these watch at this point!Only time will tell more! (pun intended)

I bought this watch for my husband for Christmas. I wanted to wait to see if it held up before I wrote a review. The watch is beautiful and the packaging was nice. Taking out a link proved to be a little challenging but with patience we were able to do it. I’m writing this review because I wanted to comment on the customer service. My husband’s watch developed a crack in the body of it. We noticed it one morning and the crack definitely made it so that the watch couldn’t be near water. I contacted customer service and within 48hrs they had a new watch shipped to us. My husband absolutely loves the watch, so the great customer service added to the experience.
