It mostly works, but the raised designs that are meant to help line things up are a little off. Which great care, you can get a perfect circle or square, but it is not as easy as the Martha Stewart Circle Edge cutter. The design is very detailed and looks good when it comes out right. It was a gift and the user does not think it was worth the money for the effort that goes into getting the punches items right.

First, the ad is a bit misleading. It says "create borders, frames, 4-inch and 6-inch circles, squares, corners and 5-inch ovals." Be warned that this device does not punch shapes, such as circles or squares. It only makes borders. I did not know that. More than that, when I got the device and tried to use it, the punch design would not go all the way through the papers I tried -- including card stock. I am very disappointed.
