Does anyone feel sleepy when you drink it in morning? I took 3 in morning and three at night. In morning when i woke up i feel so sleepy, and when i took it after eating food in breakfast i feel so tired and drowsy. But I noticed in one week my hair gets so shiny, less hair fall and lively and nails more stronger and thicker

they say you need collagen i believe with time it will help you.

I have been taking the collagen tablets now for almost a month and have noticed my hair feeling more soft, my nails have hardened, and my skin feels slightly more firm. I do recommend these tablets. I don’t take the full recommended amount as I feel it’s excessive for me - I take 4 daily, two in the morning and two in the evening. The tablets are easy to take with food or a drink. This product appears to be effective so far. I will continue to take these tablets.

ちょっと､効果をあるんです 肌がピカピカなるし飲みやすいです。

1粒がでっかいラムネのようで、飲み込むことは出来ないし、舐めて溶かすと不味いしで、飲みやすい形状が多い日本製に慣れている日本人には合わないと思いました。1日に6粒ですが、1粒を半分に割って飲んでいましたが、手間ですし飲む数が多くてだんだん飲むのが億劫になります。リピは無いので効果の程はいまいち分かりません。
