Sushi Seasoned Rice Vinegar (Sushi-Su), 1 Gallon (Pack of 1)

I was shopping around for seasoned rice vinegar because I was planning on picking up some quality seafood and having a sushi night. The problem was I was almost out of sushi vinegar. While shopping I notice the vinegar was gonna cost around a dollar an ounce and that was unacceptable. So I picked up this big boy and have to say I’m extremely satisfied. This product is a bit sweeter than other seasoned vinegar I’ve tried but not too much imo.

Use this as an alternative in cucumber salad. Delicious!

I got this because I like making vinegar sushi rice. I usually would boil a mix of rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and oil and then pour it over my rice. It took so much time, I tried looking for a premade solution. This one is OK but maybe could use a bit more sweetness and you should use less than you normally would. Still works out if you can get the proportions right.

I like all and it's only the kind of veniger for making sushi.

A really good tasting perfectly seasoned rice vinegar. Great for sushi, greens, beans, etc.

This plus EVO is heaven, much lighter than the bottled stuff.
