The colored jaw exerciser is one solid piece silicone but the hard plastic parts you bite into are removable. I’ve been using it for about a week now and do feel my jaw muscles working. Time will tell how effective jaw exercises are but it seems like a decent product.

Not too sure about this. The blue one worked okay and then the strip on it keeps falling off. Same with the orange/red one. Not sure what that is about. Have used it with and without the strip. After a while, the smaller blue one began to lose elasticity and was extremely easy to bite down on until it felt like chewing gum. Rarely use them any longer.

I keep this jaw workout at my desk next to my computer, I have been working it each day and can actually feel the development happening in my jaw! Make sure not to over due it! Great product from a great seller!

At first saw the commercial, 2 years later I decided to buy this. product came on time. The blue one fits in the mouth and its kind of hard, I was afraid to break my teeth or make my teeth move forward. I used it for a week. The red one is made for horse's mouth. Don't waist your money.
