It's good to use it if your oral breath is severely smelly. It is effective and keep your mouth smell free till 7-8 long hours atleast if you don't consume onion, garlic or very sweet stuffs after using it. It's bit costly but effective also Rinse and gargle your mouth with this and one can feel the change

Not too much taste which it is very good, the product does what is suppose to do, very good in my opinion
