Will this fit on my dirt bike muffler and be able to withstand the heat?

I doubt it -- it isn't really carbon fiber. It curls up under a heat gun.

Why can't I buy bigger sheets of car wrap ?

Because reasons. I don't know. You need some more money? Maybe you're not stretching it as far as you could. Maybe they don't want people using it on big things or maybe they make more money cutting it down to smaller pieces. Maybe you're on the wrong website. Maybe I am too. Why can't I understand other languages automatically is the real question.

If i order 24x60 does the size get wider or do i get more length in the roll?

When buying it tell them to not cut it. But if you choose 24x60 it will come in 1 piece.

Would it be fine to place over an ssd card to put in my pc? like would it melt ect...?

An SSD has no moving objects you should be fine to do this. Now I don't know what your workloads are but SSD's don't usually get very hot (like at all) under normal work loads.
