Won’t make a mess or stick anywhere, a lot of colours and feels nice to mix and mould. Its super light, feels more like foam than dough.

Very pleased with this clay. It arrived very moist and easily pliable. It comes in individual resealable bags but because it is so moist, it was easier to remove it and store it in individual containers. But with clay, that is a good problem to have. It was very soft and easy to work with. It also mixed colors together well to achieve a solid new color, not a mottled mixture of the original colors. It sticks together extremely well so detailed work with multiple pieces was a dream to assemble. The colors did not come off on your hands or surfaces. The colors are vibrant and there was a good range of hues. Great value for amount of clay included. Will definitely purchase again.

Beautiful texture and color. This clay is has a whipped foam kind of texture that is not like play dough or any pottery clay. It is so much fun to use my daughter loves it. Comes with two tools. Instructions are in Chinese but it is self-explanatory as there is no mixing or anything that is required other than to take out of the resealable pouches and having fun! Packaging says non toxic. I the pack we got is perfect; not sticky, not dry, not gritty, mixes well and holds the shapes as intended. Very easy to make even very small details on the craft as this clay is easy to handle. The included tools come in handy. Wonderful product. Highly recommend!

The Amount: Here are pictures of how much I created and how much clay was left. Each pack is about half the size of an adult palm so you're definitely not going to be able to make any fist sized sculptures, unless you use the aluminum technique. But if you stick to key-charm-sized figurines you should be able to make a decent amount of art for the price. I used all of the white clay and subsequently almost all of the light grey clay. I also used about half of the black clay so I recommend getting either 2 sets of this pack, or a separate pack of white and black clay. Malleability: I didn't have a problem with clay stickiness or wrinkles because as soon as I felt like the clay was showing either trait, I just rolled what I was about to use in my hands for about 10 seconds and that fixed any problems. Working the clay like dough will get rid of stickiness and make less wrinkles appear when shaping the clay. Drying Time: The only thing I struggled with was the drying time. I expected air-dry clay to dry quickly but not after just 2-4 minutes. I would sometimes put clay eyes down to work on some eyelashes and when I reach back for the eyes to put it all together, the eyes would already be an unworkable hard ball. I tried using water to soften the clay back up and that worked but not in the way I wanted. When wet, whatever dye is in the clay starts separating so when I pressed the water brushed red clay into white clay, it leaves a permanent red water mark on the white that looks pretty ugly. It also never became as sticky as it was when fresh out of the pack, even with water, so I would have to hold the two wet clay parts I was sticking together until the water dried to get anything to stay in place. It also seemed to harden even faster after being brushed with water meaning more frequent stops to brush with more water so I ended up just giving up on a lot of clay pieces which is the discard bucket you see in the third photo. Perhaps I should've used oil to soften the air-dry clay back up but all I can say is that it's best to work really FAST since the clay works the best fresh out of it's pack with no influence of water. Storage: The product is essentially one big bag with a bunch of little zip locked clay bags inside of it. Once you open up that big bag, it's not resealable, so it's hard to prevent the rest of the clay bags from spilling out of it. Just make sure you have a separate bin or space to pack all these clays away. The zip lock on the individual clay bags is very convenient and effective at keeping air out, allowing the clay to stay fresh for months at a time. Just be careful about getting the clay trapped in the zip lock clasps because that will allow a gap for air to come in. Tools and Safety: I was satisfied by the tools it came with. Very easy to cut through the clay, but not sharp enough to cut skin. I say it's great for 5-year-olds and above but you should still watch them to make sure they do not put anything in their mouths, eyes, or nose even though the product states that it is non-toxic. Remember, "non-toxic" does not mean "food-grade." UPDATE: It's been 7 months since I've bought these clays and I haven't really touched them since. They're still malleable but DEFINITELY harder to work with. So as long as you use up these clays within a couple months then you're good to go. Again they're small, so unless you bought it for a one off project like me then you'll be able to go through them quickly. Or if you bought them for your kids, they will probably have already mixed all the colors together or gotten bored by the time these harden. Just know that these clays wont last forever even when sealed.
