I find that my foot slips around inside the socks like the material isn't elastic enough. Also the toe holes are super uncomfortable (I have tried other brands and this is not the case with others so it is not a style thing). All that said considering other brands are 16 dollars for one pair, for the price these aren't bad.

I actually bought these to use in my kickboxing class; I wore them for the first time yesterday. They were perfect! I still had the flexibility and control with my bare feet but when I was doing workout type movements the grippers were there to keep my feet in place! :) These are perfect for me and I imagine they'd be great for yoga or pirates as well.

The grip did not cover the entire bottom of my feet, the black ones were not a pair, 2 right foot and the material was not sturdy; I expected at least Hanes quality. I returned the item and will purchase local retail.

Maybe I'm not used to them but they hurt my toes so bad I had to take them off 5 min into my workout. Bummer. Other than that they quality seems fine so maybe it's just me.

thick cotton but the sticky pads don't cover all the heel, so the socks still slip. for reference, i wear a women's size 7.5/8 shoe
