I had to let the damaged, peeling nails grow out (toenails take almost twice as long as fingernail) Once the damaged nails were grown out I started using Orly Breathable polish only and I have had not problem at all with peeling nails. **Q: Are any of the colors sheer?** A: Nourishing Nude is. Because it’s not high shine and it dulls down with wear, it makes my nails looked as if they’ve been buffed—not a glossy French manicure look. Two coats give me enough color to counteract yellow. **Q: Is it 5 free?** A: At least 12 **Q: I’m Muslim, can I pray wear this nails polish?** A: There is a lot of controversy surrounding “halal” nail polish, but more reliable sources then not say it’s permissible.
