I have a bad lower back and when my back is acting up, and I have to do heavy work, I put on one of these Thermacare Heat wraps and I don't feel a thing. That's in the winter shovelings snow or in the summer doing yard work. I also use them when my back is OK. I put one on doing a lot of bending, lifting, walking with heavy items when I'm finished my back is fine no pain. Thermacare Headwrap's are the best wraps.
