Why the ridiculous price for the gray one? Exact same one as the blue?

The price of a product depends on availability, since are less gray than blue backpacks available, the first one cost more, maybe because more people prefers the gray model.

So I received this backpack and mostly love it...with that said, has anyone found away to tighten the shoulder straps more...they are way to long

Hi customer in order to adjust the straps is located at the bottom of the straps. The adjustable loop is where you would adjust the straps.

Are the sliders at the bottom of the shoulder straps used for loosing or tightening the straps metal or plastic?

Thank you for your interest in our Newport Collection. The sliders on the shoulder straps are plastic. ~Targus Customer Support
