Very good product.
Received product as described. Laptop is really good. Small and powerful. HP Stylus pen also included. I am satisfied with the laptop quality and functioning.

Never buy the HP Laptop..!! After sales sucks
The HP Envy x360 is supposed to be convertibles laptop. However, it’s hinge is poorly designed and not at all durable. Within six month of the use ( hardly used in tablet mode, always used as laptop with a separate bigger screen) the laptop screen dislodged from its hinges. This has happened twice in six months..!!! The after sales of HP is extremely poor and no clue how to handle customer grievances. Struggling to get rid of the laptop after requesting return through Amazon.Never ever buy the HP laptops.

Light, Strong yet Immensely Powerful
Amazing machine built by HP, great build quality, great display, light weight yet strong, clean yet premium feel, great performance with ryzen 4700u and 16gigs of 3200mhz ram, good battery life, however I would like to upgrade the wifi to 6.0 for better connectivity. All things considered, it is a hard to beat 2 in 1 at this price.

Laptop crashed after the warranty of 1 year
how can such a expensive laptop last for an year. It seems it is made with the purpose to last just over warranty
