Are these oem drives? in other words are they covered by a 5-year from western digital?

The drive is imported from China and its warranty from WD is only valid in China. SabrePC confirmed to me that they honor the 5-year warranty themselves. Other resellers might have a different policy, so check with them first before purchasing.

I see two drives, one is 2tb and the other is 12854gb, they don't add up to 16 tb. i can only use 2tb, the others are unallocated and doesn't see it?

Drive manufacturers count capacity in decimal numbers (KB = 1000 B, MB = 1000 KB, etc.), while computer operating systems typically count capacity in binary numbers (KB = 1024 B, MB = 1024 KB, etc.), so a "16TB" drive by manufacturer standards will be reported in most operating systems as 14.55 TB. Your drive also seems to be partitioned into two. You would need to repartition back into one partition and then reformat to see one 14.55TB drive (it will actually appear slightly smaller depending on your filesystem and OS, space is lost for record-keeping).
