I’ve tried a bunch of pre-workouts over the years, and this one really surprised me—in a good way. This stuff gets you switched on!!! I workout at 5am most days and I just need that extra pickup in the mornings. Took 20 mins before workout and I just couldn’t stop lifting weights. Felt so pumped and this stuff pushed me to go harder on everything I took on. Had No itchy tingling feeling that I’ve experienced with other pre-workout powders. 100% recommend.

If you’re looking for a good pre-workout this is one that is a very good price and gives you a pump. But if you are not use to pre-workouts, I would try a different brand possibly from Walmart that’s cheaper and work your way up to this because some people have said that it makes them very jittery. Me personally I do enjoy the product and I do a half a scoop into my water for work with electrolytes to help me go through my day. I do a full scoop before the gym with electrolytes. Also, the flavor is really good and it completely mixes no chunks.

It's not bad. I just don't like the taste. But I really don't like the taste of most of the ones I've tried. The only one I really like is Chad mode but it's too expensive. It's $90 on Amazon. That's for 21 servings.
