I read where runners swap out the Salomon flasks that came with their running vests for this one with the rounded bottom. It is easier to refill and slide into the vest with the round bottom. Save a lot of time and hassle on the runs. I will buy a second for my other pouch.

Cette flasque n'est pas donnée mais dans la pratique du trail longue distance, il ne faut pas chercher à faire des économies.Très pratique avec sa grande ouverture pour le remplissage. Je n'ai pas noté de goût de plastique désagréable contrairement à d'autres.Cette flasque fait partie de l'équipement incontournable du trailer.

I carry this in a waterproof pouch, with a collapsible water bowl, so I can give my dog a drink of water on warm walks. It's ideal because it gets lighter as she drinks the water.
