I read that you should order a size up from your brace, however; this is not true. Get the same size as your brace. Also if you are using a bigger brace for football or such sports get another sleeve!

Arrived quickly. This undersleeve is NOTHING as pictured. It's much shorter in length and the opening around the calf is loose, almost free flowing. I'll continue researching for a good undersleeve for my brace.

i thought i ordered a large. got a triple xl

Prevents rubbing and pressure on leg. Very comfortable to wear, prevents sticking and perspiration on brace pads.
