A route to Jesus Words through uncharted meanings
This book is a pleasant surprise in each page. The author has a very creative way of entering into each subject in novel ways. You find yourself reading exactly what the table of contents and section tittles say but in such a novel way as if you were reading something else. This is because the author focuses the reader into the context of Jesus preaching in to each subject. This opens the exposition to a miriad new posibilities.Anyone who wants to broaden his or her appreciation of Jesus Words will enjoy this reading and most importantly will find intriguing nuances to the Gospel.

Great book on the word of God
The word of God grows with the reader. The spirit breathes through the word of God. Those in preaching ministry and seminarians must read this book to know how to interpret the word of God.

excellent treatment
Cantalamessa's treatment on Jesus, the Word of God, is both well-written and engaging for modern readers. It is easily accessible and enlightening for both scholarly intellectual people as well as people who prefer a less academic and "easier to comprehend" presentation. I have read several of Cantalamessa's excellent books. He is a superb and faith-filled Scripture scholar. And he treats the subject of "preaching the Gospel" with great spiritual sensitivity to the role and work of the Holy Spirit in the life and ministry of Jesus, and also the role of the Holy Spirit in guiding, teaching, and inspiring Christians who seek to better understand and present the Gospel message to others with faith and spiritual power.
