My cat had been wheezing for MONTHS and not a single vet could find out what was wrong with her. This litter basically saved her life. It's quite dusty when pouring it so I was skeptical and I was worried about the price - but it's worth every penny. My baby hasn't wheezed or breathed funny since I switched to this. Odor control is excellent and it clumps so well I never have to work about scooping. However the packaging needs work - I had lost so much litter as the cardboard box was basically falling apart and leaking so I had switch to an alternative box

Litter itself certainly holds in smells But - it gets stuck in my cats fur It wasnt any less likely to trigger my cats breathing issues - which is whu I bought it For the very high price it isnt different enough from other litters to make it worth buying again ( for comparison - we used cats best oko for many years before switching to a pellet litter when one of our foster cats decided she liked to eat the cats best so am happy to pay a premium price for a premium product) Not impressed by the company sending out boxes with holes in and charging full price. This box should have been discounted

My cat does not have any medical issues that I'm aware of but she always seemed to have watery eyes and itchy skin so I changed up litter a few times looking for low dust at the stores and there was alway dust... so I googled around for no dust litters... I ordered this after reading the reviews and I'm now on my 4th order... this has little to no dust. I have noticed a lot more litter tracking around the house but I think it's worth it to know that using the litter box is not going to cause my kitty breathing problems down the road. I typically clean the box daily. It clumps very nicely and controls odors. The box is much smaller than regular litters but if you keep your box clean it typically lasts me a month.

We got this litter just 10 days ago now it is smell disgusting and super dusty. It wasn't like that before. I am buying this expensive litter because my cat has asthma and allergy but now because of that litter he start sneezing and tonight I couldn't sleep because of sneezing he went his toilet then sneezing start. This is unbelievable I paid nearly £30 and had this problem

I have a cat that is FeLV positive. He continually has respiratory issues and, after trying many different litters for him, I finally tried this one after reading scads of reviews. This litter is the lowest dust I have found. It is not 100% dust-free but it's fairly close. Unlike other litters, there was no cloud of dust when I emptied the bag into his litter pan. It also doesn't produce a dust cloud when he attempts to dig to China in his litter box. He has not sneezed or coughed once while using this litter and I have had it for close to a month now. The only drawback for me is that it turns into a gluey mess where it clumps to the litter box. But if you have a strong scooper this is no problem. Just scrape it off the bottom and give it a good cleaning once a week or so. It also tracks quite a bit, but what cat litter doesn't do that? I highly recommend this product for anyone with a kitty suffering from breathing issues. Another plus is that it doesn't make ME sneeze or cough when I am scooping it.

Doesn’t clump particularly well, still stays wet and clay like in consistency. Does not control odours. Quite expensive. Will not purchase again.
