Delicious spices, using it on a variety of foods

I love the flavor that it adds to my dishes but, I thought that it would be a bit spicier. I still enjoy cooking with it.

This was the best combo of spices to comprise Ras El Hanout, which means "top shelf." Before buying, check ingredients for the combination which varies from company to company. Many are heavy on the cinnamon, others on black pepper. This version used a wide variety of sweet and savory spices and the flor is awesome. My only complaint was that I ordered the spice in May '24 and it came with a freshness expiration of June '24. Obviously, it is still good, but such a short expiration should not be the case, no way you're going to use that much in a month. (Most of my rarer spices are around for one year or more). I fault Amazon for the expiration date. On would hope they would keep better track.
