I got mine specifically to fit my TLM 102 and 103. Looks great and fits perfectly. You'll find quality machined metal everywhere except the thumbscrew and hinge that connects to the mic stand (metal threads on the inside though). The screw that connects to the actual mic is also high-quality matte-black metal. Besides the looks, it's greatly reduces low subsonic shocks and rumbles around your mic stand. The low opening on this design works very well on the 102, but easily fits larger Neumann mics like the 103 and 49. Honestly, the ONLY difference I can tell between the one that's $50 dollars more from Neumann is the logo from Sennheiser (they are under the same corporate umbrella). A worthy purchase.
