Although I originally purchased these to help with a little weight gain due to perimenopause (which tbh it hasn't really had much affect), I accidentally discovered that these have literally reduced my hot flashes by 99%!I had decided to stop taking them after 5 months since they had very little effect on weight loss and are rather expensive, but within 3-4 days of stopping I began having hot flashes again, and up to 30 a day! I wasn't understanding why they increased so dramatically especially since I hadn't changed anything with my diet or routine, etc. I decided to order these supplements again since that was the only thing that I had recently changed and within 3 days of taking them daily again, my hotflashes are almost non-existent!I take both the pre and probiotic every morning and if I forget or take them even a few hours later than I usually do everyday, my hot flashes return!I realize that everyone's body biology is unique and some of us have widely differing experiences with these supplements, but for me, they are a true hotflashes cure and I'm so thankful they work so well!We keep hearing that so much of our overall health is related to the gut, so I guess this is another example of how something seemingly unrelated to it is affected by doing things to improve it!

Opiates, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, THC, CBD, Kratom, Massage, Weed, Edibles , PainBlock Injections, anything you can think of, I have taken! I have old injuries, but my hips really starting hurting bad after I quit Hormones. Im 72. This Product is the ONLY thing I have ever taken that has taken my PAIN to a ZERO! Im not kidding. My only drawback about these pills are the size and hard to swallow and of course Price is fairly steep, BUT, it works! I don't want to Jinx myself and have taken a few weeks to give a review. I really cant believe it! I dont even use my Grab Bars to get off the toilet anymore! Thank you Product People. Please don't change it at all, unless you make another form like gummies, Thank YOU!! The supplements Provitalize and Previtalize were developed for special goals, including problems with the colon (like strengthening your gut and immune health, Digestive Health, Menopause Bloat, Goodbye menopause belly bloat and “pooch”) and weight loss (Reclaim Curves In All The Right Areas).The product promises "Hello, flatter tummy! Experience the thrill of pulling off the latest styles, cuts & fits".In my experience, these products worsened my condition and created a lot of gut pain. I wish I knew the limitations before I bought them. I did some research and I found out that the possible reason could be that these products are not totally suitable for people with FODMAP-sensitivity, because they also contain high FODMAP ingredients (especially, Previtalize).My point is because the products address the colon conditions, it has to be very clear which ones exactly.

I waited to write a review because I wanted to give this product a full 2 bottle try. I turned 51 in April 2023, I hit menopause in December 2021. I slowly started having weight gain & bloating, I gained about 8 pounds over a year. This may not be a lot to some people but for methis is a lot, I typically weigh anywhere from 122-125 pounds. I am very active, I work out about 1 hour 15 minutes 5 days a week (with at least 30 minutes of cardio in this time frame). I have not changed my eating habits, I typically eat healthy (I.e. oatmeal for breakfast, yogurt snack, grilled chicken salad for lunch with minimal dressing, decent snack, and a sensible dinner). These pills did not help with bloating or weight loss at all, therefore I quit taking them. I’m not saying it does not work for other people, I’m just saying this is me & it did not work for me.I have edited my rating & this part of my review because this company is phenomenal. When they received my review they offered me a refund because their product did not work for me. This is outstanding!! The product for me I gave 1 star, the company however, I gave 5 stars. Way to have great customer service!!

I have been taking the combo for 6 weeks now. It works for me. It took until 3 weeks of taking before I noticed the effects. It started with feeling fool while eating my evening meal. I was only eating half and was completely full. Didn’t need anything the rest of the night. By end of week 4, I noticed feeling full during the day as well. Now at 6 weeks I am seeing results on the scale. I have only lost 3 lbs, but that is a lot for my post menopausal body. Normally it would take me 6 weeks to lose only 1.5 pounds. As long as it keeps working I will continue to purchase. Will review again at 12 weeks or so.

Hasn’t really helped at all with my hip,pain.

It’s the best product I have found so far for gut, although it’s quite expensive. So because of the price I’m still looking for other products.

easy to take 2 every AM, helps my stiffness and gets me going, helps with digestion
