I ordered two bottles and one of them was half empty! After I opened the cap I found that there was no seal so most of the liquid had leaked from the bottle. I was so disappointed. As for it being benefitial or not I haven't used the product long enough to see a difference.

I'm 24 but I have thinning hair due to illness. Of all the different natural shampoo/conditioner sets and scalp treatments for thinning hair I've tried this is my favourite. It is excellent quality. You can tell while you're using it and from on the results. I only get it when it's on sale but if you have disposable income it's definitely worth the full price. I really like that there are opportunities for people who can't afford to spend the $40 to try it out too. It's a great option for people like me. It has a fragrance but it doesn't give me a headache or make me nauseous like some more synthetic formulas do. As is the case for many medium to high end shampoos, it smells pleasant but I wouldn't wear it as a perfume. I enjoy washing and conditioning my hair when it's with this line. The shampoo and conditioner seem a little small but they last me just as long as bigger bottles. It doesn't take much to make a good lather with the shampoo. I run out of the scalp treatment first, then the conditioner. The shampoo lasted me significantly longer than the other two the first time I bought this but now that I'm familiar with the products it's more even. Scalp treatment should be used sparingly and, imo, only while your hair is still wet so water can act as a carrier. It takes a lot to saturate your scalp from dry. It doesn't leave a weird texture at your roots which is nice. Significantly reduces hair fall for me. Pair this with a potent biotin supplement and watch the progress

Excellent shampoo. I have long fine hair and I find that I only need a little bit of this shampoo and that I don't need to leave it on long as it is quite strong (so it therefore the bottle lasts quite a long time). I also like the smell, which is fresh and reinvigorating. Works well together with same brand conditioner. Highly recommended!

This shampoo is the best. It helps a huge amount with reducing hair loss and growing in new hair and in fewer gray hairs! And it gives a great healthy shine and my hair keeps its bounce. I don’t need or want to use any conditioner with it for my fine thin hair. But I found out that a good amount of their conditioner mixed in saved the day when I was stuck for a while with another company’s poor grade shampoo.

I didn’t notice any improvement. It doesn’t smell really pleasant either. It kinda dries my hair a lot.

Have been using these for years. Does what it says on the bottle.
