Review: Great kit for teaching! - I volunteered to teach crochet to my son's 2nd grade class and I wanted to provide all the necessary supplies so the students would be able to take them home and continue practicing outside of class. I had intended to go through my home stash of yarn, but given the diversity in the class I thought it would be better to have a wide range of colors for the students to choose from. This set was the PERFECT solution! The yarn is high enough quality that it's easy for the kids to work with but cheap enough that it won't break the bank. The colors are bright and vibrant and the kids really love being able to choose a few colors they love. The skeins are small, but just the right size for a small beginner project (we're doing bracelets). Unless you do complex amigurumi where you need a tiny amount of a lot of different colors, I don't see this being practical for everyday use, but for learning you really can't beat the deal. Review: Nicely packed Quality Merchandise - Oh Good Gracious - see what I did - being so pleased with the product I rushed to post a compliment and put it in the wrong review Sure - I should have known better - so here's my view of the product - Nice choice of colours bright and cheery and well assorted Three very useful free e.books - and if that were not enough - with this very high quality yarn - AND I always prefer Acrylic - there was also two crochet hooks and some lovely fat needles to sew up - By the Way - packed in a re-sealable bag - Excellent Value ## Features - [20 Acrylic Yarn Balls] - Approx. 22 yards ( 0.35oz.) per skein - mini balls, excellent for accent works, amigurumi, craft projects, granny squares, pompoms, crochet - [Multicolor yarn] - 20 different colors in one yarn pack. Perfect variety of rainbow colors for all your craft projects - [ 7 PDF E-books with Yarn Patterns ] - Perfect starter kit for beginners learning Crocheting and Knitting - [Light Worsted Weight Yarn] - 4ply 3 DK Yarn Thickness - [Ideal Size for Small Projects] - Each skein measures approximately 3 x 1.5inch (7.5 x 4 cm) ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07B7M5RBW | | Brand | Mira HandCrafts | | Brand Name | Mira HandCrafts | | Color | 20 X 10 G Multi-coloured Yarn | | Colour | 20 X 10 G Multi-coloured Yarn | | Compatible Crochet Hook US Size | 7 | | Compatible Knitting Needle Metric Size | 4.5 Millimeters | | Compatible Knitting Needle US Size | 35 | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 out of 5 stars 6,414 Reviews | | Item Length | 440 Yards | | Item Weight | 0.35 Ounces | | Item length | 440 Yards | | Item weight | 0.35 Ounces | | Manufacturer | Miragoods | | Manufacturer Part Number | 615855810966 | | Material | Acrylic | | Material Composition | Acrylic | | Material Type | Acrylic | | Model Number | 4336926373 | | Product Care Instructions | Machine Wash | | Product care instructions | Machine Wash | | UPC | 615855810966 | | Unit Count | 402.19 Meters | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Mira HandCrafts - **Colour:** 20 X 10 G Multi-coloured Yarn - **Item length:** 440 Yards - **Item weight:** 0.35 Ounces - **Material:** Acrylic ## Images ![Mira HandCrafts 20 Acrylic Yarn Bonbons - 438 Yards Multicolor Yarn in Total - Great Crochet and Knitting Starter Kit for Colourful Craft - Assorted Colours - 7 PDF Ebooks with Yarn Patterns - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81gC-B9MhzL.jpg) ![Mira HandCrafts 20 Acrylic Yarn Bonbons - 438 Yards Multicolor Yarn in Total - Great Crochet and Knitting Starter Kit for Colourful Craft - Assorted Colours - 7 PDF Ebooks with Yarn Patterns - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71Lptu-BouL.jpg) ![Mira HandCrafts 20 Acrylic Yarn Bonbons - 438 Yards Multicolor Yarn in Total - Great Crochet and Knitting Starter Kit for Colourful Craft - Assorted Colours - 7 PDF Ebooks with Yarn Patterns - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71frt+QndQL.jpg) ![Mira HandCrafts 20 Acrylic Yarn Bonbons - 438 Yards Multicolor Yarn in Total - Great Crochet and Knitting Starter Kit for Colourful Craft - Assorted Colours - 7 PDF Ebooks with Yarn Patterns - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81-dz7pxDgL.jpg) ![Mira HandCrafts 20 Acrylic Yarn Bonbons - 438 Yards Multicolor Yarn in Total - Great Crochet and Knitting Starter Kit for Colourful Craft - Assorted Colours - 7 PDF Ebooks with Yarn Patterns - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81eMvN5nvRL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: How many yards per skein?** A: Hello AmentLVR,Thank you very much for getting in touch. Each skein measures approximately 21.78 yards and weights 10g.
