Back in 2018 Dove stated they banned all tests on animals anywhere in the world & they were added to PETA's Beauty Without Bunnies cruelty-free companies list! So no they don’t. That’s the main reason I started using them & only them!

Yes! They smell really nice. My favorite is the blue one.
